I’ve been living near and on MIT’s campus for nearly 15 years and have been marveling at the incredible transformation that has been occurring. MIT’s campus beautification efforts are just one example of how the community is evolving, in my opinion, for the better and I’m captivated by this intentional movement which embraces the future.

I jokingly call these my Bladerunner images.

Dawn Anderson
How could I not start with Gehry’s Stata Center .  I rarely drive down Vassar Street without pausing to take a look. There is so much  architectural detail to look at and each time I could find a new fixation.  My intention is to capture this evolution at night when the campus is asleep and there is less traffic to distract the viewer.

A colleague said that they have never seen a decent black and white shot of the Stata Center .  I hope my images will fill the gap.
