Amy Giese Solo Exhibit at Real Arts Ways in Hartford, CT

Congratulations to Full-time Faculty Member, Amy Giese, for her upcoming Solo Exhibit!

Opening Thursday,June 16th, 2011 from 6-8pm
Show Runs June 16th – August 14th
at Real Art Ways in Hartford, CT

“Last year I was selected as one of 6 emerging artists to plan and mount an exhibition in the galleries of Real Art Ways, an alternative arts organization in Hartford.  The experience has been amazing so far, and I am incredibly excited about the new work that I am creating for the show!  I will have an entire gallery to install my large scale silver gelatin murals and the accompanying sound piece, and the show will be up most of the summer.  The opening is a Thursday evening from 6-8pm and the other five artists selected will be debuting their work as well in the other galleries of Real Art Ways in conjunction with their Creative Cocktail Hour.  It should be an amazing time, and I’d love to see you if you can make the trek!”
